experience of over 12 years across various functions, including structured trade finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and financial controlling. He specializes in the area of trade and finance.
Prior to joining E3 Energy, Ishwar worked as a Business Development and Financial Controller of Trafigura India Private Limited and acted as a
Director of Lykos India Private Limited (India’s first online refined metals retail platform) created as a subsidiary of Trafigura PTE, Singapore. He has handled fund raising (short-term and long-term), structured trades, strategic investments, joint ventures, export prepayments (short and long-term), arbitrage management (forex and commodity arbitrages) and the
hedge desk of Trafigura India business.
