Siby is the Founder and Managing Director of E3 Energy Group. He holds an EMBA (Executive Master of Business Administration) from Ashridge, which has helped shape his business acumen and leadership skills.
Siby’s career in the energy industry began at British Petroleum Middle East, where he gained valuable experience and expertise. He reached a significant milestone in his career at BP when he became the Trading Manager for the Middle East region. In this role, he oversaw the Middle Distillates and Fuel Oil books.
Despite his successful career at BP, Siby recognized his entrepreneurial drive and seized the opportunity to start E3 Energy DMCC in 2008. Utilizing his vast trading network, industry relationships, and expertise gained at BP, Siby laid the foundation for E3 Energy Group and nurtured its growth over the years.
Siby’s commitment to excellence and his keen industry insights, fostered during his early professional career, have played a pivotal role in the success of E3 Energy Group. The company’s steady growth and impeccable reputation for integrity can be attributed to Siby’s personal values, which he carried over from his time at BP. Under Siby’s leadership, E3 Energy Group has gained recognition from major energy suppliers, customers, and large financial institutions. This recognition has opened doors for the company, further solidifying its position in the energy market.

Ishwar is a seasoned executive and is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of E3 Energy Group since July 2022. With a background as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he brings to the table an exceptional blend of financial expertise and strategic acumen that has played a pivotal role in propelling the company to new heights.
Before taking on the role of CEO, Ishwar spearheaded the finance and banking operations at E3 Energy, where his profound understanding of financial intricacies and his innovative approach contributed significantly to the company’s growth and success. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and identify strategic opportunities has been instrumental in driving E3 Energy Group’s expansion and market dominance.
Prior to joining E3 Energy, Ishwar worked as a Business Development and Financial Controller of Trafigura India Private Limited. Over the course of his remarkable fifteen-year career, Ishwar has honed his skills in diverse sectors and has become renowned for his specialization in the area of trade and finance. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and identify strategic opportunities has been instrumental in driving E3 Energy Group’s expansion and market dominance.
As CEO, Ishwar continues to lead with a strategic vision that fosters innovation, growth, and sustainable practices.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tim is an experienced non-executive director with a strong background in the energy industry. He joined E3 in March 2022, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in governance and strategic decision-making. With a career spanning 27 years at British Petroleum, Tim gained extensive expertise in marketing, trading, supply, and logistics.
During his tenure at BP, Tim held various positions of increasing responsibility. In 2008, he assumed the role of overseeing BP’s global trading and supply business, which further enhanced his understanding of the complexities and dynamics of the energy market. This experience equipped him with valuable insights into risk management, board processes, and remuneration strategies.
Following his departure from BP in 2011, Tim took on the role of CEO at Litasco. During his nearly seven-year tenure, he implemented crucial changes such as establishing a Risk Committee, introducing new board processes, and designing and implementing a new remuneration strategy. In 2019, he transitioned to the position of CEO at Mabanaft in Hamburg. He left Mabanaft in June 2020 to focus on building a non-executive portfolio.
Tim’s energy trading experience and executive leadership background bring a distinctive outlook as a non-executive director at E3. His expertise in governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making fosters good governance and stakeholder trust. His proven ability to drive profitability and implement effective processes will support E3’s growth.
